I had the same problem on ems to working okay on Firefox. Note: old uploader appears to be working (as a painful workaround). Stuck on "Frobulating widget" (or similar message). Whilst messages about Star Wars characters, and other references to children's entertainment are all very diverting, I'm a fully grown man so I'd much rather just upload my pictures, yeah? It's nice that you're able to get the pop ups for AT&T and various insurance companies up onto my screen, but really all I want to do is to upload my pictures, and I seem to recall that I'm actually paying you for this service. How about getting rid of the cutesy crap messages and fix the damn software! How's THAT for an idea? It say's "Herding Pandas" and the two little pink and blue dots keep turning, turning, turning, turning, turning, turning.Īlso here still herding pandas for two days "Looking for Unobtainium" message and such messages are coming, but not able to upload photos. I have never had problems before last night. Same here (both me and my wife have the same issue) in Sweden (Chrome on Ubuntu). it does not go to my foders to pick files to upload. I've been getting the "Looking for Unobtainium" message for ca 10 hours now, i.e. Using the latest version of Firefox, and my cache is cleaned. Touch wood - the old uploader still works. I have no Recent Activity, no notifications and now I can't upload photos using the regular uploader. I cleaned cache twice but I sill cannot upload :(( Worked for me 2,now a real happy camper.Thanks. Thanks for the help! Never had similar problems before, but clearing the cache did the trick! I managed to upload one image using the "Old Uploader", I am using Firefox. * disable all add-ons / plug-ins / extensions to your browser However I just detected that the 'Old Uploadr', that I never used before, does work ! I'm using Chrome but I keep looking at the texts some engineer did write when he/she was annoying him/herself and now me !! : "milking butterflies","herding pandas", "frobulaing widgets", "engaging Tuna Blaster", etc. Yesterday and also today I am not able to upload pictures. Might be some 3rd-party software interfering. I just uploaded using Firefox without any problem. I believe I've seen them all by now, but I can't upload anything. Well, I've tried to upload with Chrome for a couple of hours now and all I get is a longlasting "milking butterflies","herding pandas" or whatever witty phrase there is. Upload not working on Firefox, works on Safari. But I now tried with Chrome as suggested and it worked. The uploadr also took ages for me to open with Firefox. Won't let me go to organize or create new album - get error page I never have these problems in Australia! The "tuna blaster" hasn't been working all day for me, either.Ĭannot upload pictures either - stuck on the random phrase screen. I have tried several different browsers, what is the suggested browser? Not working here in the Pacific North West>Portland Oregon<<.Tom Issues have been corrected thank goodness!!! The same problems with uploading and organizing :(( I'm using Wind(latest) fully patched and Chrome. I am getting a blue line going across the screen left to right all day also cannot upload. Turning AdBlocker off does nothing, at lest for meĮta - also, reinstalling Adobe Flash didn't fix it eitherĪll I can get today is recent activity and organize to open. If you are using an AdBlocker, try turning it off. I haven't been able to get past that random phrase screen since last night. I am in a hurry and need to upload 20 photos and flickr acts like it is stuck with random phasing about uploading "nano." What is going on? I don't have time for this? Photo stream not showing my uploaded photos either.ĭid you select ob your photostream "View all" and not "Public view"? Photo stream not showing my uploaded photos either. Inconsistent image display, album count is incorrect, photo stream not displaying uploaded images.I'm having a major problem like NEVER before.what's up Flickr?
